Advanced Recovery Solution Residential Treatment

Don’t Stop at Detox

ARS residential treatment is our program of substance abuse recovery where clients live in our facility twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, receiving therapy and counseling for their drug or alcohol addictions and co-occuring disorders.

Residential treatment at ARS involves clients residing in our facility for a determined length of stay. Inpatient or residential treatment can be varied in length. The length of an individual’s program is determined on a case by case basis. During the course of their stay, many of our clients start to realize there is more work they need to do before they feel comfortable enough to move on to the next level of care. Whatever the length of stay, ARS’s residential treatment involves therapy, counseling, outside recovery meetings, structure, and healthy meals along with activities that are designed to help take our clients’ minds off the everpresent thoughts of using drugs or drinking alcohol.

ARS offers residential treatment after detox so clients are able to interact with each other and engage in recovery groups and activities in a therapeutic community within our facility. ARS residential therapy helps our clients build confidence and self-esteem while embarking on the journey of recovery. We have a saying at Advanced Recovery Solution, “Welcome Home.” Our ARS family welcomes each client with a “welcome home” greeting upon their arrival because we want all our clients to feel loved, wanted, and respected as we did early on in our recovery journey.

Our drug and alcohol treatment program entails motivational counseling, groups therapy, and activities. Besides helping our clients feel better about themselves and their situations, we examine the underlying issues that may be at the root of their addictions. Rarely do we have a client come to us that doesn’t have some kind of emotional pain or trauma in their background. Knowing this, we take a macro approach and look at the entire individual and their circumstances to help recover the whole person. According to Merriam Webster, the definition of recovery is “the process of returning back to normal after a period of difficulty.”  ARS understands that difficulty in addiction as many of our staff members have battled addiction themselves. Through therapy, counseling, abstinence, and careful planning our team examines the foundations of our clients’ addictions and helps guide them back to the best version of themselves.

ARS handles the care of our clients with utmost respect and dignity because we are entrusted to the save lives of those who may not see that they are in dire circumstances. Our clinical team is second to none and have worked in the addiction industry with addicts and alcoholics for years. Their combined experience with a loving and structured program ignites the spark of recovery within most, if not all, of our clients.  Seeing lives change within the time frame of our program is nothing short of miraculous. We do residential not because we think it will bring in more revenue, but because we believe it to be essential in building a steadfast foundation of recovery.

Advantages of ARS Inpatient Rehab

One advantage Advanced Recovery Solution offers is our multiple therapy modalities. Because “one size doesn’t fit all” in treatment, we use a combination of approaches to address issues. Every client is unique in the way they perceive and learn. The use of a variety of approaches accounts for what other centers may be lacking. We tailor our program to meet our clients where they are at on a personal level.

Some of the therapy modalities we use are:

Experiential therapy

  • Allows the client to experience and is more focused on activities such as hiking, guided meditation, yoga, and similar activities

Motivational Interviewing

  • Allows the client to hear their own answers because they are the expert in their life

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Helping clients change how they think about themselves

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Helps clients manage emotions and behaviors

Psychodynamic Therapy

  • Gives clients insight into patterns in their lives and helps them change the ones that are negatively affecting them

12 Step Recovery Counseling

  • Incorporates the approach of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Narcotics Anonymous (NA), Cocaine Anonymous (CA), while working with clinicians and attending outside 12-step meetings and working the steps of the 12 steps
  • 12-step meetings provide community support that helps after transitioning to aftercare

The main benefit of inpatient therapy is ready access to the therapeutic community. Our staff members help our clients gain much needed perspective in their lives. This new insight and way of dealing and viewing circumstances in their lives helps prevent relapse and increases the chances at long term sobriety. Looking back at their lives through counseling and therapy, our clients can see for themselves how they can implement our advanced recovery solution.

Patients are immersed in a recovery environment in which all are dedicated to breaking the addiction.

Residential Treatment- What Works for You?

Fitting in recovery to a busy life of work, school, and family can be challenging. Determining what length you would like to stay is a matter of circumstance and clinical opinion. While shorter stays like detox are effective at relieving the body of the substance and getting you started on the right path, many underlying issues may still need to be addressed. The next step in recovery is residential treatment.

ARS residential treatment entails our detox, residential treatment, and referrals to outside intensive outpatient programs and sober living facilities once our clients complete our program. Our residential treatment approach helps address both substance abuse and underlying issues and is ideal for preparing our clients to maintain sobriety. ARS residential treatment gives our clients valuable skills and tools necessary for success. If you need to reset to get back on the right track, our residential program is perfect for you. We work with each client individually to provide them with the best chance at living their lives free of alcohol and drugs.
